The short version: we collect what you type into our quote form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't track you.

This policy explains how Coastal Collaborative & Co Pack ("we," "us") handles personal information collected through this website. We're a family-owned co-packer and contract manufacturer based at 1370 Decision St, Ste C, Vista, CA 92081.
Only what you choose to type into our quote request form:
We do not ask for, and have no way to collect, payment details, government identifiers, or any special category of personal information through this site.
To read your enquiry and reply to it — normally with a quote or a follow-up question. That's the only purpose. We don't use it for marketing lists, and we don't sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. Your submission passes through their systems on its way to us, and is handled under their privacy practices. Apart from FormSubmit and our own email provider, we do not share what you send us with third parties — except where we're legally required to.
This site is hosted by Vercel, which, like any web host, processes standard server request data in order to serve the pages.
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing on this site follows you to other websites, and no third party collects personally identifiable information about your activity across other sites through this one.
Because we don't track visitors, there is nothing for a browser "Do Not Track" signal to switch off. We honour it by default, in the sense that we never tracked you to begin with.
Quote requests arrive as email and are kept in our business correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. If you'd like your enquiry deleted sooner, just ask and we'll remove it.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email brad@coastalcolab.com or call (760) 216-6126 and we'll take care of it. There's no account to close and no mailing list to unsubscribe from, because we don't run one.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect, so it's worth a glance if you're checking back.
